What we collect

Your name, e-mail, phone and the trip you ask for. After your spots are held, each guest's passport details, flights to and from Padang, travel insurance, surf level and food restrictions.

Why

To book your spots, pick you up at the airport, register the guest list with the harbour master as required in Indonesia, cook for you and act in an emergency. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep each guest's form (passport, flights, insurance, surf level and food restrictions) as the record of your trips with us, so you don't have to fill it in again next time. The proof of payment you upload is deleted 90 days after your trip ends. Name, contact and payment records stay as long as the law requires for accounting. You can ask us to delete any of it at any time (see Your rights).

Who sees it and how it's protected

Only our team, each person with access limited to what their role needs. Passport and insurance details are encrypted, and every change to booking data is logged. If you allow it in your guest form, your first name, country and surf level are shown to the other guests on the same trip; you can withdraw it any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to siboncharters@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. If you created an account (e-mail, name and password, stored as a secure hash), you can delete it yourself under My account; your bookings stay with us as trip records.
